1/2 hour initial consultation       FREE

Educational Consultant Services       Rate

• Access to www.educaresolutions.info resource guides FREE

• Research into regulations $50/hour

• Consult with parents, school personnel, and other team members $80/hour

      regarding educational, psychological, and physical needs of students

• Explanation of testing and results, with suggestions for instruction, $80/hour

     accommodations, and modifications. 

• In-person or virtual trainings re: statutes and regulations, $80/hour

     best practices, specific special needs, interpretation of testing results

      and IEPs.

• Consultations about supporting specific needs $80/hour

• Classroom Observations and Follow-up Reports $80/hour

• Demonstration of best practices $80/hour

• Creation of action plan     $100/hour

Educational Advocate Services Rate

• Organization of student assessments, reports, and work samples $50/hour

      to prepare for TEAM meetings.

• Advise clients on their child's rights to a Free and Appropriate Education $80/hour

• Support parents at school meetings $80/hour

• Draft letters to support children's needs $80/hour

• Write summary reports compiling information from formal and $100/hour

      informal assessments, observations, and recommendations for 

      supporting students 

• Act as an expert witness in hearings and trials $100/hour

• Referral to Special Education Attorney FREE

Instructional Services Rates

• Informal assessments and recommendations for instruction or testing $80/hour

• Individualized Instruction in Reading and Writing $50/hour

• Tutoring (homework help) for 1 student $35/hour

• Tutoring (homework help) for 2 students at the same time $50/hour

Payment Policy

All fees are due at time of service, by Venmo to Laurie-Marcinkewicz or by checks payable to Laurie Marcinkewicz, unless previous arrangements have been made.

• *In-person, video chat, phone, e-mail sessions, and printing or organizing of materials will be charged at $80.00/hour, prorated.

• Mileage fee, for travel outside Middlesex or Worcester Counties: $.62/mile (2023 IRS rate)

• Returned check fee: $35.00

• Missed appointment fee: regular hourly rate. This fee will be waived if the appointment was cancelled due to school cancellation or emergency (please let me know ASAP). All other cancellations must provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the fee.

•  Late fees for payments not received by 30 days after invoice: $25.00 per month
